Reconditioning Process
Each and every equipment has been carefully checked with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates completed prior to disassembly. before being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the required tools to do a professional, high quality paint job. They offer a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each Skyjack machinery is carefully reassembled in order to meet original OEM standards. The following components are replaced with brand new components: hoses and filters, 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, the main control and main electrical cables and joystick controllers. Moreover, each unit receives new batteries, tires and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
The 2nd and 1st tiers have a load capacity of ninety thousand pounds, the TXLC-974 in the 3rd and 4th tiers offers an 85,000 lbs load capacity. These units offer a ninety seven inch center of load.
